Founded in 2023 by Chef Kenan Anderson, Provecho is the product of a love for the rich cuisine of Mexico.
We nixtamalize and mill heirloom corn from Mexico and Montana so that you get the freshest tortillas possible.
We use products from local farms and ranches, and serve our food on compostable wares.
Our goal is to bring you fresh, vibrant, honest food that reflects the deep culinary traditions of Mexico.
